No it will not effect the manufacture warranty unless it has a limited warranty which is rare. Most vehicles are under a unlimited warranty. Any vehicle that claims that it would not be covered under warranty would require you to place only manufacture fuel, oil, and a certified manufacture driver and boots. Depends on if your oil needs reached it’s oil interval. Engine Armour Tech needs to be kept in the engine for a least 2000km before changing the oil. So if your oil has only 500km left before your next oil interval it is then recommended to wait till you did an oil change.
Yes of course, the 30km is a minimum to get Engine Armour Tech to start the process of cleaning and sealing the porous metal. You can operate the vehicle way beyond 30km after application. The 30km is basically the minimum which allow the product to cover all components in the engine. Anything that has a filter must be applied at operating temperature.

It sure does in any vehicle that no longer performs like when it was new. What happens over time is due to carbon built up and blow-by which starts after about 8000km degrading the vehicles performance and fuel consumption. What Engine Armour Tech does it cleans and seals the metal bring the engine back to the state as a new and gives back the fuel efficiency that it had when it was new and up couple percent more.
Idling the engine is not the best way to apply treatment, it is much better if you can drive the vehicle where it is under a load and warms up much hotter then just idle. This will allow the treatment to activate much faster to gain faster results. I would drive it a few kilometers and then I would apply Engine Armour Tech and immediately drive (preferably highway driven) for at least 30km before shutting off the engine. This allows the product to disperse to all components in the engine and and start the cleaning and sealing process.
In any case, a noisy synchronizer should be diagnosed and repaired as soon as possible, as continued use can lead to more serious transmission problems.
