If I run the engine for 10 minutes idle is that long enough to apply treatment? - Engine Armour Tech

Idling the engine is not the best way to apply treatment, it is much better if you can drive the vehicle where it is under a load and warms up much hotter then just idle. This will allow the treatment to activate much faster to gain faster results. I would drive it a few kilometers and then I would apply Engine Armour Tech and immediately drive (preferably highway driven) for at least 30km before shutting off the engine. This allows the product to disperse to all components in the engine and and start the cleaning and sealing process.
